I am no longer taking appointments
Sadly I have to say bye for now...
A big thank you to all my clients for 3 wonderful years in business. I’ve made so many special connections with you over the years. I’ve grown as a massage therapist and as a person through working with and getting to know you all.
I’m sad to leave this community and this part of my life behind, but am incredibly grateful to have had it. I’m getting ready to move back to New York to be closer to family. I am truly grateful for everyone here in Florida who has supported me and will miss you dearly. Feel free to keep in touch and ask for referrals for massage therapists in the area.
Take good care of yourselves,

60-second neck & shoulder stretch
for mushy goodness.
We get it - Your shoulders and neck feel stiff from sitting at that desk. Your neck hurts from looking at that phone, and it's been a little while since you last stretched. That, combined with all life's stressors means it's about time for a little stretch.
Why Mushy?
*
Longer Sessions: A 60-minute appointment at Mushy means a full 60-minutes hands-on.
Personalized therapy: your session can include a variety of techniques: Swedish, deep-tissue, sports, prenatal, trigger point therapy, yoga, assisted stretching, and aromatherapy.
Relaxed pace: With 30 minutes of breathing room between appointments, you'll have the time to talk with your therapist, or do some stretches.
Aromatherapy included: Select from one of our Revive essential oil blends at no additional cost.
*we think it's better.
We take the extra time and always include extras.
